An experimental chart which enables multi-column aggregation is available here (eg show LEVIED and PAID).
IMPORTANT: when changing values to include in the settings section, do F5 refresh to see complete results, as 'PAID' and 'LEVIED' items will be filtered out if $0 for selected transaction year(s).
Included are developer contributions levied on approved applications recorded in Council's Property and Rating system, introduced in 2002.
'BALANCE' is listed per application, and may include outstanding application charges which are not development contribution levies. Included because a $0 balance indicates all charges, including contributions, are fully paid.
Some levies and/or sectors have since been discontinued/consolidated - these are shown highlighted.
